and designation of Confederate Cantiñieres Chapter No. 2405

United Daughter of the Confederacy

to be located at Tampa in the county of Hillsborough State of Florida.

         The said Confederate Cantiñieres Chapter No. 2405 is authorized to perform all acts pertaining to this Association and to enact for its own government such By-Laws as may be deemed necessary provided they do not conflict with the Charter or Constitution of this Association.
